IDFL has established testing methods that are now standards for the entire industy. Accuracy has been the goal at IDFL from the beginning (see History). In order to develop and maintain our reputation for trustworthy testing, we follow these principles:
- Analyst training for 3-6 months
- Double testing of every sample
- Emphasis on accuracy, not speed
- Regular equipment calibration
- Internal laboratory quality assurance programs
- Participation in external "Round Robins"
